With close to 260 employees, Santa Maria employs approximately 150 Full Time equivalencies. Our team is dedicated to working with residents and families and providing care and exceptional services. Staff work in many different roles, including Nurses (Registered Nurses, Registered Psychiatric Nurses, and Licensed Practical Nurses), Continuing Care Aides, Recreation Workers, Cooks, Food Services Workers, Laundry Workers, Housekeepers, Caretakers, Maintenance, and Administration. Together, we make up the care team and we are all here to work together to ensure safe, quality care and services.
