Our Leadership

Our leaders are responsible for ensuring that the care and services provided follow the mission and values of the organization. Below is a summary of individual responsibilities to guide you in directing your inquiries. As leaders, we ensure an open door policy, and even though we may not be directly responsible for an area, we will make every attempt to assist you or direct your inquiry.

Kelly Chessie

Executive Director

The Executive Director (ED) is responsible for the overall operations of the home according to our Mission, Core Values, and Goals.  Safe, quality space and services are of the utmost importance, along with the long term viability.

If you have concerns or questions about anything in the home, and you have spoken to the leader below who is most responsible for the area, the ED is always available to you.

Renee Goulet

Director of Care

Renee Goulet is our Director of Care. She is responsible for the direct, day-to-day supervision, direction, evaluation and control of all care provided by all care staff (nurses, CCAs, recreation workers) on a 24 hour basis within the home.  Resident directed care, education, quality, safety, infection control, communication, and overseeing resident admissions and discharges are central to the role. The care aides, nurses, Resident Care Coordinators (Comfort, Daiana and Esther), and Nurse Managers (Sussan and Dinah) all report to the DOC.

If you have questions about any of our care services (e.g., nursing, recreation) and have not been able to speak with staff on the floor or the Resident Care Coordinator, the Nurse Managers and DOC are here to help you.

Rhonda Dressler

Administrative Lead

The Confidential Administrative Assistant is the first person you talk to when you call or come into our Administration Office. Claudia works closely with all of our leaders, and most especially our DOC. Rhonda is the next person you will likely see or talk to. She works closely with all of us, and most especially our ED. If you have questions about admissions, discharges, your resident account or invoices, or are not quite sure who you should talk to, these two can help you out and direct you to the best person to support you.
